Po Pesahu jsme po\u0159\u00eddili p\u011bknou novou j\u00eddeln\u00ed sadu na masn\u00e1 j\u00eddla a ta, co je na Pesah, \u0161la do sk\u0159\u00edn\u011b na p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok, proto\u017ee je takov\u00e1, no, jak by \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159i cen\u011b 60 \u0161ekel\u016f za 18 kus\u016f o\u010dek\u00e1val, a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdden v&nbsp;roce je a\u017e dost. Ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e1 se osv\u011bd\u010dila a z\u016fstala, \u010dili na p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed Pesah budeme pot\u0159ebovat zase jinou. Te\u010f u\u017e jsme na nov\u00fd po\u0159\u00e1dek navykl\u00ed \u2013 t\u0159i sady hrnc\u016f, va\u0159e\u010dek a nab\u011bra\u010dek na t\u0159ech r\u016fzn\u00fdch m\u00edstech. Trouba p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b masov\u00e1 a mikrovlnka parv\u00e9. Stav mikrovlnky jde zm\u011bnit za p\u00e1r minut, s&nbsp;troubou je trochu v\u00edc obstrukc\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 se to d\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Co se mi l\u00edb\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>To neust\u00e1l\u00e9 zapalov\u00e1n\u00ed mozkov\u00fdch z\u00e1vit\u016f. Bylo to u\u017e d\u0159\u00edv, kdy\u017e jsme za\u010dali d\u016fsledn\u011b d\u011blit stravu. \u010clov\u011bk mysl\u00ed p\u0159ed ka\u017ed\u00fdm j\u00eddlem, co jedl naposledy, kdy to bylo, co bude j\u00edst p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b a kdy. Do my\u010dky toti\u017e nesm\u00edme n\u00e1dob\u00ed mixovat. Ka\u017ed\u00fd cyklus mus\u00ed b\u00fdt bu\u010f jen ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fd, masov\u00fd nebo parv\u00e9. A to je\u0161t\u011b za podm\u00ednky, \u017ee n\u00e1dob\u00ed vkl\u00e1d\u00e1me poctiv\u011b o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 od zbytk\u016f j\u00eddla. D\u016fsledkem je, \u017ee kdy\u017e se rozhodnu plnit my\u010dku ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdm, trv\u00e1 to a\u017e dva dny, ne\u017e se mi to poda\u0159\u00ed \u2013 a to jen d\u00edky spoust\u011b hrnk\u016f od k\u00e1vy, kter\u00e9 s&nbsp;Giyorou dohromady zvl\u00e1dneme na\u0161pinit. B\u011bhem t\u00e9 doby samoz\u0159ejm\u011b mus\u00edm odm\u00fdvat parv\u00e9 a masov\u00e9 ru\u010dn\u011b, proto\u017ee to p\u0159ece nenech\u00e1m ve d\u0159ezu. Masov\u00fd cyklus m\u00e1me v\u00fdhradn\u011b jen po rodinn\u00fdch ve\u010de\u0159\u00edch, kdy se toho nahromad\u00ed hodn\u011b najednou, proto\u017ee jinak ne\u017e bych my\u010dku naplnila, ub\u011bhne t\u00fdden a nav\u00edc bych nem\u011bla z&nbsp;\u010deho j\u00edst&#8230; Prost\u011b opruz maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed, nev\u00edm, jak tohle v\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed d\u011blaj\u00ed. Na\u0161e prov\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed rodina n\u00e1m v&nbsp;tomhle moc inspirac\u00ed b\u00fdt nem\u016f\u017ee, proto\u017ee Noam (rab\u00edn) je vegetari\u00e1n a proto doma konzumuj\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b jen ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e1 j\u00eddla&#8230; A na\u0161e mil\u00e1 p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00edc\u00ed Revital se u\u017e jednou zm\u00ednila o tot\u00e1ln\u00ed absenci my\u010dky, \u010dili sm\u016fla i tady.<\/p>\n<p>Co m\u011b p\u0159ekvapilo?<\/p>\n<p>Kolikr\u00e1t jsem se p\u0159istihla, \u017ee jsem ud\u011blala chybu \u2013 dodate\u010dn\u011b! Ne, \u017ee bych si nemyslela, \u017ee chyby ned\u011bl\u00e1m, ale n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t denn\u011b? Musela jsem ve sk\u0159\u00edni vyhradit m\u00edsto pro \u201ekarant\u00e9nu infikovan\u00e9ho n\u00e1dob\u00ed\u201c, kam odkl\u00e1d\u00e1m, co jsem zvorala, ne\u017e se dogooglim nebo dopt\u00e1m, co s&nbsp;t\u00edm m\u00e1m d\u011blat. \u0160la tam k\u00e1vov\u00e1 l\u017ei\u010dka z&nbsp;masov\u00e9 sady, kter\u00e1 se nev\u00edm jak objevila v&nbsp;my\u010dce v&nbsp;ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9m cyklu. To sam\u00e9 parv\u00e9 l\u017ei\u010dka na majon\u00e9zu a dal\u0161\u00ed l\u017ei\u010dka \u2013 masov\u00e1 \u2013 na kterou jsem udiven\u011b z\u00edrala, jak tr\u010d\u00ed z&nbsp;hrnku pr\u00e1v\u011b vypit\u00e9ho kafe s&nbsp;ml\u00e9kem. Mali\u010dk\u00fd hrnec, kter\u00fd byl parv\u00e9 a j\u00e1 do n\u011bj p\u0159elila a n\u00e1sledn\u011b v&nbsp;n\u011bm oh\u0159\u00e1la cibula\u010dku \u2013 zad\u011bl\u00e1vanou na m\u00e1sle&#8230; A tak. Tohle rozhodn\u011b vn\u00edm\u00e1m jako pozitivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednos v&nbsp;ohledu sebereflexe.
