Typicky izraelsk\u00e9 j\u00eddlo to ur\u010dit\u011b nen\u00ed, ale zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 mezi d\u011btmi je tu favorizovan\u00e9 &#8211; kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzky. D\u0159\u00edv jsme je sem tam kupovali jako mra\u017een\u00fd polotovar, jen\u017ee pak jsem si jednou p\u0159e\u010detla slo\u017een\u00ed&#8230; A za\u010dala googlit o recept, abych d\u011btem obl\u00edbenou pochoutku mohla dop\u0159\u00e1t bez zbyte\u010dn\u00fdch chemick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edsad. Uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee je to nejen snadn\u00e9, ale i chutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. D\u011bl\u00e1me je v&nbsp;pr\u016fm\u011bru 2x m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b z&nbsp;dvojit\u00e9 d\u00e1vky. Co se nesn\u00ed hned, zamraz\u00edme a na po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1me v&nbsp;toustova\u010di \u2013 jsou jak p\u0159\u00edmo z&nbsp;p\u00e1nve. Jedna drobn\u00e1 vychyt\u00e1vka, co udr\u017euje n\u00e1\u0161 toustova\u010d st\u00e1le \u010dist\u00fd \u2013 nap\u016fl p\u0159elo\u017een\u00fd list pe\u010d\u00edc\u00edho pap\u00edru ;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A te\u010f u\u017e recept:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 konzerva kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00fdch zrn nebo zrn\u00ed\u010dka ze t\u0159\u00ed klas\u016f (konzerva m\u00e1 335 gram\u016f po scezen\u00ed)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 velk\u00e9 vejce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 l\u017e\u00edce olivov\u00e9vo oleje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00be hrnku hladk\u00e9 mouky<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 l\u017e\u00edce strouhanky<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd l\u017ei\u010dky soli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strouhanka na obalen\u00ed. V&nbsp;origin\u00e1ln\u00edm receptu je nav\u00edc sezam, ale kluci ho neradi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuku\u0159ici nech\u00e1me v&nbsp;cedn\u00edku d\u016fkladn\u011b okapat. N\u00e1sledn\u011b umeleme v&nbsp;mix\u00e9ru zhruba \u00be zrn na hladkou sm\u011bs a vyklop\u00edme do m\u00edsy. P\u0159id\u00e1me zbylou \u010d\u00e1st zrn\u00ed\u010dek a v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed suroviny a m\u00edch\u00e1me, dokud se nespoj\u00ed. Nech\u00e1me hodinu odpo\u010dinout v&nbsp;lednici a pokud sm\u011bs i po t\u00e9 vypad\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u0159\u00eddk\u00e1 na to, aby z&nbsp;n\u00ed \u0161ly tvarovat siln\u00e9 placky, p\u0159id\u00e1me je\u0161t\u011b trochu mouky. Pak mokr\u00fdma rukama (to je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9) tvarujeme asi 1 \u2013 1,5 cm siln\u00e9 karban\u00e1tky, obalujeme ve strouhance a sma\u017e\u00edme v&nbsp;hlubok\u00e9m oleji. Daj\u00ed se tak\u00e9 vyskl\u00e1dat na plech pot\u0159en\u00fd olejem, pot\u0159\u00edt olejem z&nbsp;vrchu a p\u00e9ct 20 minut p\u0159i 190 stupn\u00edch. Kuci jedli oboje, ale osobn\u011b mi sma\u017een\u00e1 verze p\u0159ipad\u00e1 chutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man\u017eel to n\u011bjak zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 bez zapatl\u00e1n\u00ed rukou tvarovat dv\u011bma l\u017e\u00edcemi.  Mn\u011b to \u00fapln\u011b ne\u0161lo (ano, on je v&nbsp;kuchyni st\u00e1le v\u00fdrazn\u011b zdatn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, co nad\u011bl\u00e1m), ale osv\u011bd\u010dilo se mi vytvarov\u00e1n\u00ed kuli\u010dek o velikosti asi golfov\u00e9ho m\u00ed\u010dku, kter\u00e9 h\u00e1z\u00edm na plech vysypan\u00fd vrstvou strouhanky. Kdy\u017e m\u00e1m zpracovanou celou sm\u011bs do kuli\u010dek, postupn\u011b je rozpl\u00e1c\u00e1v\u00e1m a ot\u00e1\u010d\u00edm, a\u017e jsou hezky obalen\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako p\u0159\u00edlohu v\u0159ele doporu\u010duji bramborovou ka\u0161i.
