Jemn\u011b aromatickou sm\u011bs bylinek obohacenou o opra\u017een\u00e9 sezamov\u00e9 sem\u00ednko p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1me do zeleninov\u00fdch sal\u00e1t\u016f, sypeme na hummus a r\u016fzn\u00e9 smetanov\u00e9 nakysl\u00e9 s\u00fdry, jako je t\u0159eba \u201eLabane\u201c. Pita chl\u00e9b se zatarem jde koupit na ka\u017ed\u00e9m rohu, ale patlaj\u00ed to po vrchu a je z&nbsp;toho dost bordel. Proto si tohle zatarov\u00e9 \u201epesto\u201c doma d\u011bl\u00e1me sami a ma\u017eeme to dovnit\u0159: sm\u00edch\u00e1m olivov\u00fd olej s&nbsp;citronovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou a po\u0159\u00e1dnou hrst\u00ed zataru tak, aby se vytvo\u0159ila \u0159id\u0161\u00ed ka\u0161e. Citronu d\u00e1v\u00e1m skoro stejn\u011b jako oleje, proto\u017ee ho m\u00e1me r\u00e1di a roste n\u00e1m na zahrad\u011b, tak s&nbsp;n\u00edm nemus\u00edm \u0161et\u0159it :-). Ale je to na chuti ka\u017ed\u00e9ho. Sm\u011bs\u00ed pak bohat\u011b pot\u0159u vnit\u0159ek pita chleba. D\u00e1v\u00e1m t\u0159i a\u017e \u010dty\u0159i k\u00e1vov\u00e9 l\u017ei\u010dky do p\u016flky pity. Hod\u00ed se siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pita, ta l\u00edp nas\u00e1kne tu tekutinu, to d\u00e1 rozum, \u017ee jo. V&nbsp;ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b takhle p\u0159ichyst\u00e1m \u010derstv\u011b koupen\u00e9 pita chleby a nacpu t\u00edm mraz\u00e1k. To je pak rychle hotov\u00e1 sva\u010dinka :-). A kupodivu ji ochotn\u011b j\u00ed i n\u00e1\u0161 vyb\u00edrav\u00fd Daniel. J\u00e1 pita chleba nijak nemus\u00edm, ale v&nbsp;t\u00e9hle variant\u011b mi chutn\u00e1 moc.
